On Thursday, May 7th at 8:12PM, a Boeing 737 Jet arriving from Dallas struck and killed a man while landing at Austin Bergstrom International Airport. According to the Dallas Morning News, the pilot of the plane reported seeing a person on runway 17 shortly after touching down.
According to the official ABIA Twitter account, the details of this event are currently under investigation to determine exactly what happened beyond the details we know:
